(Established traditional school 23 years in Omaha) Susi Amendola RYT 500 and staff teachers provide classes and instruction in many styles of Raja and Hatha Yoga, with workshops in Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy, Ayurveda, Meditation, Heart Yoga (as taught in the Ornish program), Prenatal Yoga, and many other Yoga and Alternative Healing workshops. In addition, we offer TEACHER TRAINING RYS 200 hour (registered with Yoga Alliance 200 hour) programs throughout the year. We also offer licensed Massage Therapy on the premesis.
