Offering beginner and intermediate classes where students are encouraged to cultivate steadiness and ease in each asana to allow the mind to be calm, quiet, and focused within. Modifications and variations are offered to accommodate students who are relatively newer or more experienced, tight or flexible, strong or weak, healthy or imbalanced. Each class includes Pranayama, Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Back bends, Forward Bends, Twists, Hip Openers and Balancing Poses. Arm balances and inversions are explored in intermediate classes. Available for private sessions and corporate events.
