Yoganetics (from yoga and kinetic) is done on the floor with the eyes closed, a literally organic approach that's simultaneously easy on the joints. It is angled toward those with unique bodies and special challenges, emphasizing breath and alignment while increasing flexibility, reducing stress, and relieving chronic pain. Transition-based, rather than position-based, Yoganetics explores HOW to move, NOT how FAR.
