Yoganetics (from yoga and kinetic) is done on the floor with the eyes closed. A slow-motion, core-based, inside-out approach, it is angled toward those with unique bodies and special challenges, emphasizing breathing and alignment. It is transition-based, rather than position-based, with the emphasis on how to move, not how far.
Beginners are welcome. People of all ages, levels, and body types fill our classes, offered in our spacious studio in the heart of the heartland.
