BYC unites yoga students, teachers and studios under one roof, to help individuals on their yogic paths. Now in the 5th year, BYC presents workshops from many traditions of yoga with inspirational, dedicated, and experienced yogis from around the world.
BYC strives for an approachable feel and intentionally maintains intimate class sizes for a large-scale yoga event.
Classes include yoga postures, breath techniques, meditations, and discussions, from various yoga traditions of yoga. This year BYC also offers workshops to help incorporate yoga into your life, like Yoga and Cooking, Yoga and Biking and Yoga and Running. You can choose to attend as little as one workshop or the entire 2 and a half days of yoga programming at BYC.
