Calling all MEN for a physical work-out that allows you to connect to the mat as you move, sweat, and breath your way into being the man you want to be. This class is designed for all levels and gives you the opportunity to learn yoga, be in the moment, improve the quality of your sleep, and relieve stress as you challenge and honor your body.
Re-train breathing, stretch till you can flex, push-up till you can do it without crying, hold positions till you sweat. My sessions are individual - you me and the mat and designed to give you the maximum physical and psychological training to focus you in the minute, relieve stress and strengthen your body.
Expect to be challenged and pushed to develop as a man through the rigorous work-outs you haven't done in years that will leave you with a sense of accomplishment.
