Welcome to The Yoga Center, providing a relaxing and revitalizing environment designed to support you to deeply enjoy your yoga experience. We offer yoga classes taught by fully certified instructors to accommodate all levels of experience. Most classes are on-going, allowing you the flexibility to begin according to your schedule. We also offer private sessions and "specialty" classes in yoga nidra for the more "mature" student who seeks to apply the principles to their life in a practical, useful, and enlivening way.
