This 60 minute Yoga practice is truly for all levels because every pose can be modified or intensified. We believe, wholeheartedly, in teaching people not just poses and it is this philosophy that will make you feel very well taken care of as well as compassionately challenged. This class flows, breath at a time, with intentional space for stillness- it's meditation in motion. And, you'll be sweaty. And, you'll be peaceful. And, you'll be uncomfortable. And, you'll be breathing. And, you'll be powerful and you'll struggle. And, at the end, you'll be incredibly balanced.
