Our studio is well ventilated, offering hot (95-100 degrees) and warm (80- 85 degrees) vinyasa-inspired yoga classes. Vinyasa yoga connects breath and movement, and is considered the most popular yoga practiced in the U.S. today. UPY yoga teachers are certified, experienced and passionate. We can’t wait to meet you!
