This is the essence of the practice of yoga" Mary Jane has practiced yoga for over 25 years and is a certified Ashaya. She is a current member of the Canadian Yoga Association, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500) with Yoga Alliance, and a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. Mary Jane owns a small Yoga Studio in Tillonburg where a variety of yoga classes are offered from beginner to experienced, restorative to Vinyasa. Workshops for students and teachers are held at the Studio. She also trains yoga teachers and offers yoga retreats locally and abroad with the intention for each student to deepen their practice. Her sensitive and practical approach to yoga provides a unique opportunity to study and experience this ancient practice with gentleness, humour and compassion.
