Ilene is a seasoned and intuitive teacher/trainer with over 10 years experience as a yoga teacher. Certified as a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Yoga of the Heart Therapist (working with individuals with cancer, cardiac and other life-altering concerns)and YogaEd Teacher(a nationally recognized program meeting national PE standards)she has over 500hrs of studies meeting training standards recognized by the National Yoga Alliance, Ilene teaches a wide variety Yoga classes at local businesses, wellness centers and yoga studios in Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Ilene is also a certified personal trainer and Reiki Master and works with private clients creating individualized Fitness/Wellness programs from a whole individual and yogic perspective. Ilene is a member of: KYTA -Kripalu Yoga Teacher Association, IYTA -International Yoga Therapist Association and AFAA - Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
