If you have back pain, neck pain, knee pain or a crazy-busy mind, you need Svaroopa® yoga, our specialty. Your class begins with a guided relaxation and yogic breathing process. Each pose targets a specific part of your spine, to unravel your core tensions, creating space between your vertebrae and for your internal organs. You end with another guided relaxation.
