I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for more than 15 years. My journey began with Kripalu Yoga where my heart was opened to study and to share the teachings of yoga. I became certified in 1998 in the Kripalu tradition of Hatha Yoga. A continued desire to enhance my teaching skills and personal practice led me to Esther Myers Yoga Studio in Toronto, where I completed over 600 hours of teacher trainging as well as a lfetime of lessons. My teachings and practice are presently influenced by the principals of Anusara Yoga. Constant resources of inspiration continue to be, my teachers, students, nature and life on and off my mat.
I believe that yoga is for everyone and specialize in adaptations for the individual student.
Classes for all levels are 6 - 8 week sessions continuously throughout the year in Brantford and Ancaster.
Private classes are available. A private yoga class can help give you personal guidance to support your yoga practice in a class or at home, especially if you are working with a specific condition or injury.
Workshops on various topics are offered throughout the year and can be brought to your home or workplace.
Retreats in Ancaster in the spring and fall as well as Barbados in the winter are offered.
