Friday Flow Yoga: Is an energetic, joyful class that blends traditional yoga asana practice with a profound celebration of the weekend! This class also has a “bhakti” or devotional flair, which grows from the belief that we create healing, health and happiness by moving, breathing and devoting ourselves to goodness in all things.
Yin Yoga: My current favorite. Therapeutic yoga directed at connective tissue for permanent changes in flexibility. Deeply releasing for a yogi’s physical and emotional bodies. Think pigeon pose for five minutes. Perfect for all ages and abilities.
