I was introduced to yoga at the age of 9. Nearly 3 decades later, I’m still at it, only now I also teach. In 2003, I was certified to teach yoga at the 200-hour level, and in 2005 during my first pregnancy, I became certified to teach prenatal yoga. I’ve taught yoga during both of my pregnancies and have truly experienced first-hand the difference it makes during this time of a woman’s life. I also enjoy teaching Vinyasa flow which is where I find joy in my own personal practice as well. I teach in the Boston area and am also available for private sessions.
