Power Edge Yoga focuses on Power Yoga.
Classes are focused toward all levels and beginner friendly. While a more contemporary style of yoga, the asanas practiced are not new. The poses themselves remain the same, but the transition from one to the next allows for a more aerobic, fat-burning workout.
We embrace the conventional asanas of Yoga, and add to it an element of fun through upbeat music and environment. Many traditional poses, called Asanas, are thousands of years old. It is worth saying that yoga is not a lifestyle, but a means to a healthier way of life.
