Vinyasa flow yoga is an energetic style of yoga that works to build strength, stamina and flexibility, aswell as helping to develop correct alignment - great if you find yourself at a desk for long hours a day. I work closely to ensure that everyone is able to work comfortably to their own level, offering modifications which gives you the opportunity to find gradual and safe progression. New to yoga?
