Hi, my name is Angela and I teach yoga in Blackpool and the Fylde. I trained with Yogacampus one of the UK's top yoga teacher training courses. Their teacher training diploma is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level and with the Independent Yoga Network. Their training is non dogmatic and draws on a range of UK and international teachers from a variety of yoga traditions.
I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and have been fortunate to have had many wonderful teachers from different traditions of yoga. I teach and practice an eclectic mix of yoga, drawing from my experience in Iyengar yoga, Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow.
Wednesday 10am to 11.30am Gentle yoga for beginners I will guide you through gentle sequences teaching you the fundamentals of yoga including correct alignment and yoga breathing. Beginners classes will include limbering exercises, standing poses, seated poses, gentle backbends and relaxation.
Thursday 7pm to 8.30pm Hatha flow yoga (suitable for all) Hatha flow yoga uses movement and breath together to produce a flow of postures that lead from one to the next. Sequences will include standing poses, seated poses, balances and supported poses. The class ends with pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation.
Saturday 9am to 10.30am Gentle flow yoga (suitable for all) An energising class, combining gentle but stimulating yoga sequences, yoga breathing and relaxation. The perfect way to begin a wonderful weekend.
