The tools of yoga include the use of postures, the breath, sound, and meditation and relaxation techniques. They may also include other aspects like making lifestyle adjustments.In one to ones we can focus on the individual, and their unique set of circumstances, offering techniques that work towards goals like the following:

*Venue: sessions take place at my house (Twyford Road, Wokingham). *Fees: after the consultation, £40 for a 1 hour class, including a personal practice to take home and relevant additional supporting materials. *Book 4 classes for use over a 3 months period at a discounted rate of £140 (£35 per class)
