Arianna teaches a range of styles and levels of yoga and Pilates on the mat with a special emphasis on the therapeutic benefits of the practice. In active classes and private sessions, students will find a gently paced, yet challenging class that builds strength, stamina and increased awareness of the mind-body-breath connection. In therapeutic and restorative classes, a range of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and dynamic micro-movements are woven into the practice. All classes draw from Pilates principles and encourage optimal stabilization and alignment. Appropriate for all levels, and specifically designed for those working with an injury or limited mobility.
