Yoga is my passion. My love for yoga began as part of my fitness practice, beginning with hot yoga. Next, I pursued teacher training with Manitoba Fitness Council and then on to completing the 200 hour teacher training at Source Yoga Studio and discovered the mind, body, heart connection and the importance of finding presence in a yoga practice. I have been teaching for 5 years now and have made this my full time career. As a public school teacher for the past 25 years, I am able to bring my experience as a teacher to really understand the needs of my students, providing a yoga practice that is non-threatening,non-competitive and meets individual's unique abilities, bringing a mind, body and heart connection to the mat.
