The joining of physical yoga practice and mindfulness meditation gives you insights into thoughts and emotions, creating a powerful shift in how you respond to stress and challenges. It is a practical skill you can use in everyday live.
Classes are small in size, offering each student individualized attention and a sense of community. Join weekly yoga classes and meditation in English, in Berlin Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg, book private sessions and sign up for monthly workshops. Classes can be reimbursed by public health insurance as a Prevention Course (Präventionskurs). Suitable for everyone, no matter your experience, age, strength or flexibility.
