This nurturing, supportive class will include gentle stretching, strengthening, breathing and relaxation, to help you towards a healthy, relaxed and positive experience of pregnancy and birth. Learn simple, effective techniques to help relieve some of the common discomforts of pregnancy, and prepare both body and mind for birth and beyond. Suitable for both experienced and those new to Yoga. All welcome, from 14 wks of pregnancy.
