Established in 1999, Jai Ma Yoga Center is dedicated to sharing the practice of yoga and helping our students transform their lives. We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown New Paltz. Our classes are taught in a safe and comfortable atmosphere with fully certified and experienced instructors. Jai Ma offers a variety of yoga classes for every level of practitioner including the Hudson Valley's only Anusara Yoga ® classes. Director and Certified Anusara Yoga teacher Ami Jayaprada Hirschstein has been teaching and sharing her passion for yoga in the Hudson Valley since 1996.
