Shauna has been practicing meditation and yoga since 1997. Her work as a Personal Fitness Instructor that began in 2002 evolved into yoga instruction, and yoga therapy in 2004 . She has been teaching ever since. She completed a seminary in Buddhist Studies in 2004 . Shauna has over 365 days of silent retreat practice. She has been a meditation guide and instructor since 2005. She now mentors students in their personal practice through group classes and private sessions in yoga and meditation. She creates and directs yoga and insight meditation retreats. Offering seminars in therapeutic creativity, preparation for birth prenatal support, yoga and meditation a daily practice, chakra energy balancing and kundalini yoga. Shauna Larson is a KRI Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor. Shauna's background includes studies in yoga practice and theory, herbal medicine, hypnosis, Naturopathy, Art Therapy, Meditation and Buddhist studies. She incorporates and shares the wisdom of her teachers and studies with you in her classes.
