All along my path, during busy or stressful time, yoga has been a constant, and a continuous tool to brighten my life.
I discovered yoga years ago, in England, and practiced alongside my career in sciences and software. My practice includes classes with various teachers, workshops and retreats, as well as an everyday self practice of postures, breathing and meditation.
I decided to train as a yoga teacher to transmit my passion and to share my journey with others.
I like to teach dynamic classes, focused on my students well being. My different experiences in practicing yoga allow me to adapt my teaching to every students according to their level and preferences.
My yoga journey enables me to expand my vision and knowledge of yoga to different area such as alignement yoga, relaxation, breathing and meditation to provide my students with a full experience of yoga.
