Find Your Zen classes have a two prong approach. On the athletic side classes tend to focus on opening up the muscles regularly used in running, cycling, and other athletic activities. Christina has also developed classes to relax and restore with more of a therapeutic approach. She incorporates aspects of anatomy information, synchronizing breath and movement, and focus on intentions to calm the mind and bring positive thoughts into each class. We also offer both prenatal and postnatal classes and specialize in yoga for populations dealing with injuries or disease.
