It offers a weekly breath and meditation class useful for anyone looking to practice reducing stress or living mindfully. It offers a therapeutic approach to movement including tai-chi, chi gong, restorative yoga, as well as a dynamic approach including vinyasa and power classes and experimental modalities such as the ‘yoga on water’ and an aerial yoga program called -flying yoga. It has a cancer care program that incorporates a variety of complementary medicine, an ayurvedic practitioner and acupuncturist and one on one yoga therapeutics program, all of which are based upon meeting people where they are.
