Lucy trained with the YTTC (250 hrs) between 2000 and 2002 and has been teaching Hatha Yoga asana, pranayama and relaxation in public and private classes ever since. She's currently running courses in Belmullet for beginners and intermediate students on Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs evenings. Please call or email for details.
