SMCN offers all levels of Hatha Yoga classes. Our program and teaching styles emphasize proper form, inner awareness, conscious movement and breathwork. All new students learn important building blocks that become a foundation for developing a strong, effective practice. The variety of styles and teachers gives our yoga program a rich texture from which students may choose as they progress in their yoga practice.
Meditation classes and workshops such as Body, Mind and Spirit Fitness, Sun Salutation series and more are an important part of our curriculum.
