The Yoga Center of Minneapolis (with studios Downtown Minneapolis and in St. Louis Park) offers yoga classes, international guest teachers, weekend workshops, intensives, and teacher trainings that bring together different philosophies of yoga under one roof. We offer 9 and 12 month 230-hour Yoga Study Teacher Training Programs and a 500-hour Advanced Teacher training all registered with Yoga Alliance, as well as an 85-hour JAI Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. Our certified yoga instructors provide classes for all levels from beginners to advanced. We offer specialized classes such as the Absolute Beginner Class Series, Personal Practice Development and Big A#%! Yoga, as well as specialized intensives such as Detox Week and Yoga for Transformation Month. The Dharma Wellness & Spa, housed at the SLP Studio offers wellness services such as Thai Yoga Bodywork, Yoga Psychotherapy, Nutrition Consultations, Acupuncture, Massage, Reiki/Energy Work, Intuitive Readings, and skin services.
