The Yoga Center offers a variety of classes (levels I-III) and styles (restorative to dance flow) for those seeking relaxation, strength and well being. Special events are held on Wednesday evenings during Fall and Winter. A schedule of workshops also offered. Yoga I - Gentle basics; Yoga II - Deeper experience; Yoga III - Challenging, for experienced students. Beginners always welcome to Levels I & II.
