Silver Lotus Training Institute - the home of Svadhyaya Yoga and TaiYoQi - offers therapeutic and health-centered programs in yoga, tai chi/qigong, meditation and mental health. Our in-depth Svadhyaya Yoga Teacher Training is a life changing experience. We offer both 200-hour & 500-hour level programs. In addition we offer a variety of workshops that fulfill continuing education requirements for Yoga Alliance registered teachers. Silver Lotus Training Institute also now offers teacher/leadership trainings in Tai Chi and Qigong, as well as Yoga Therapy and Yoga and Mental Health programs.
