70 weekly Iyengar Yoga classes in three studios, Kaimuki, Moiliili, and Kailua. The Silent Dance Center has been conducting yoga classes in Hawaii since 1977. Our very experienced, well trained teachers, and fully equipped, studios hold classes for all levels. We have specialty classes for seniors, children, pranayama, restorative practice and teacher training. We also host special workshops for visiting senior Iyengar yoga teachers.
