Dr. Beth O'Brien is a certified Hatha yoga teacher and licensed psychologist. Both private instruction and group instruction offered. Her classes focus on breathing exercises to calm the mind, movement to restore the body, and rest to balance the emotions. Hatha yoga classes, vinyasa "flow" classes and restorative yoga classes are appropriate for all levels. Vinyasa class offered every Tuesday, 5-6 p.m. at the Yoga Center of Fort Collins.
