Beginning and intermediate classes in Hatha yoga. Classes include instruction in Asana, Pranayama, stress reduction, and meditation. Donation class: at Newtown Friends Meeting House, 219 Court Street, Newtown, PA on Sat 8:30 am - 9:30 am. Drop-in classes: Newtown Athletic Club on Mon 7:00 - 8:30 pm, or Tues 7:00 - 8:00 pm, or Thurs 6:00 - 7:30 am. 7 week sessions: register with Newtown Parks and Recreation on Wed 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm.
