We offer over 60 ongoing classes per week, day and evening: Intro to yoga, Power, hot, vinyasa-flow, gentle, restorative, prenatal & kids yoga. Please join us for classes at our beautiful studios. We offer a 200 hour teacher training. Workshops and Teacher Trainings with national teachers include: Sarah Powers, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Sharon Salzberg, Ana Forrest , Tias Little, and others.
