The Canadian Yoga Institute is a non-profit charitable organization, located in central Lethbridge with 2 beautiful classrooms to serve you. The Centre is a peaceful and serene supportive environment, offering a variety of approaches to Classical Yoga from a synthesis of wisdom, with all classes structured for everyone from those struggling with chronic illness seeking gentle wellness programs to the advanced practitioner. The Institute offers special workshops for personal development. Additionally, CYI offers a Karma Yoga program and as well provides assistance to those wishing to embrace yoga but are finacially struggling. Namaste
