Located on Rt. 9 between Amherst and Northampton, Massachusetts, The Hadley Yoga Studio is Susan Valentine's studio for an intimate setting for the practice and study of yoga. All levels of practice are influenced by Kripalu, Anusara, Iyengar and Astanga Yoga styles. Group classes and private sessions, also Thai Yoga Bodywork. Classes run in quarters and walk in students are always welcome. Susan teaches all classes.
