Yog Sadhan Ashram was established in 1916 in India at the holy cities of Amritsar and Rishikesh. In 1992, Shri Chaman Lal Kapur Ji from Hoshiarpur, India established the first US Ashram in Illinois. We offer classes, workshops, retreats and personal consultations to learn asanas, meditation, cleansings, philosophy, scriptures and more. We are a non-profit and do not charge fees but donations are appreciated.
