I teach yoga that is very gentle, Iyengar-based, with a focus on alignment to help prevent or heal back pain. I am a Senior Instructor of the Balance Posture Method, and I trained at the Balance Center in Palo Alto (www.balancecenter.com). I have studied yoga since 1984. My training was at the Yoga Room in Berkeley, where I graduated from their 3-year Advanced Studies Program, and I am a certified "Relax and Renew" trainer (restorative yoga). I am also certified to teach Yoga for Scoliosis by Elise Miller.
