Welcome! Our classes are 'by suggested donation' of $12. The environment we provide is nurturing and caring, with personal attention given to each student. Registed Yoga School with Yoga Alliance offering a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training as well as Yoga Retreats, a variety of ongoing classes: Gentle/Restorative Yoga, All Level Yoga, Kid's Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hot Yoga and more. Classes are 1 hr to 1.5 hrs in length, each class ending with a 10 minute savasana (meditation). Classes are taught by certified yoga teachers.
