Along with classes 6 days a week, we offer 200 & 500 hr yoga alliance registered teacher trainings and CEU's. Classes seven days a week for ages 18 -80 in the alignment principles of yoga. We offer safe, progressive yoga and personal attention in a friendly and uplifting atmosphere. Join us for Teacher Trainings, Workshops, and Retreats.
