Yoga Sanctuary provides a place of beauty, support, and caring in which to learn the uplifting art of yoga. Come home to yourself as you enter our sanctuary - a beautiful oasis where each individual is honored and welcomed. Whether you are looking to have healthy hamstrings or an awakened heart (how about both?), we welcome you into our vibrant community. We offer daily yoga classes; Yoga Immersions and Teacher Trainings; special series classes like prenatal and postnatal yoga, toddler yoga, teens yoga, and therapeutic yoga; weekend workshops with top National teachers and other guest instructors as well as our own teachers; and private instruction (including therapeutics).
