Gentle Energizing Movements performed in a classical Hatha yoga style, coordinating breath and movement with time to pause and rest. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and respect their individual limits. These Yoga classes provide a work-in, not merely a work out. Students in classes range from 23 to 92 years.
