I teach yoga through several municipal and county recreation programs, and also at retirement communities, blending Kripalu, Iyengar, Sivananda, Integral and Kundalini styles. My teaching certificate is from Yogi Hari's Ashram in Ft. Lauderdale. I feel my specialty is in tailoring each class to meet the needs of my students.
