Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy combines simple yoga postures with mind-body. The work allows you to explore unresolved emotions stored in the body that may be seen/felt in the body as physical and/or emotional aches and pains. You will be placed into simple yoga postures/posture and invited to participate in a simple, client centered dialogue. Emotions are explored and givin the opportunity to release, leading to the ultimate transformation within. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN YOGA IS NECESSARY!
