Yoga of Sausalito is a heart-based Yoga Studio and Spa fostering genuine community. We know that all things are interconnected and we honor our global community by respecting each other and the planet. We offer a full schedule of daily hatha yoga classes focusing on the integration of physical, emotional and spiritual alignment. The owner is a practicing yogi and rehab-specialist. He has carefully selected a teaching staff of yogis who are also physical therapists, doctors of osteopathy, physiotherapists, professional dancers and functional-anatomy specialists as well as a team of expert Cosmetologists, Estheticians, Massage therapists and Healers from all over the world. At Yoga of Sausalito, our focus is on quality of instruction, not quantity. Multiple studios and oversized classes simply do not allow for the quality of instruction and personal attention that is our signature.
