Florence is a certified and registered with Yoga Alliance. She offers eclectic-style yoga classes and is certified by Sivananda Teachers Training and has also studied with Anusara Yoga. Currently she is studying for her advanced yoga teacher's training with Integrative Yoga Therapy. Classes are small where personal attention is given. There is a special emphasis on private sessions.
