Roberta Holliday, instructor of Yoga since 1968, teaches credit Yoga at Lorain County Community College in Northern Ohio, as well as on-going classes at her Studio Ganesha Yoga/Healing and Health Center, on Lowell St. in Elyria. Ms.Holliday has written A COURSE IN YOGA AND METAPHYSICS (a college text), and THE GRANDMOTHER WHO STOOD ON HER HEAD (Yoga for kids)...Archives of My Soul,2007, a collection of poems and meditations, as well as produced cd's GUIDED YOGA, MEDITATION ON LIGHT, and HEART SONG. All Cd's have improvised flute peformed by Ms. Holliday, We are now a boutique featuring Yoga related books, incense, fabrics from India. Our services now include massage, healing and private Reiki healing. We are available for private classes and specialty workshops. Yoga with Bobbi Mon. and Thursday 6:30 to 7:30 PM. Gentle and Chair Yoga with Jil Grignon 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM on Wednesday and Saturday 10:00 AM. All classes are $10.00. Private classes by appointment $40.00. $72.00 8 classes prepaid.
