I teach in many locations north of Chicago, including Libertyville,and Fox Lake. Classes are 1 1/2 hours - deep breathing, stretching, relaxation and meditation. We are non-competitive and non-intimidating. Drop in fees or pay for a series. Do what your body lets you do! Everyone is welcome - all ages, all sizes and shapes.
